Academy events create an "appreciative space"; where the word “appreciative” has two definitions: 1) Evaluation,  approval,  motivation; and 2) increase in values, growth. At the same time, "space" is imagined as a connection of methods, information and people. Special creative environment is formed, providing space for exchange of experience, business interactions, dialogues, individual development and various united projects. Participants learn “hands-on” about the best practices and methods of holistic business development, discuss success and failure factors in business development, and conduct serious conversations about new business models and sustainable development.
