Program Development Audit SM contains five stages:
Stage 1 constructs a business narrative. It focuses on the
participants and
helps to improve them further.
Stage 2 confirms the participants' values and goals , as well as their strong sides, as reflected in their business narrative. At this stage, we use surveys and responses from members of the Academy, its partners and allies – representatives of business, government and academia.
Stage 3 emphasizes the concrete, material achievements of the participants, such as
diplomas and awards.
Stage 4 features the actual Award Ceremony. Its purpose is to benefit the members and to attract and create attention around
them personally, which will help to expand their business network.
Stage 5 creates new business-projects and initiatives . Members receive support from the new allies and partners. Additionally, the members of the program receive access to international information, technology, finance as well as other resources.
